The End-of-Semester Graduate Group Celebration will be held on Friday, December 13. Join us at 1:00 p.m. in Old Library 224 for the following presentations:

 

Sophia Tobar (Greek, Latin, and Classical Studies): Moon Gazing, Mirror Eyes: Cultural Diversity, Self-Knowledge, and the Meaning of Empire in Apuleius

Hilde Nelson (History of Art): Ghost in the Garden: Interruption and the Otherwise in JaTovia Garys The Giverny Suite&紳莉莽梯;

Clare Rasmussen (Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology):Reassessing Aquatic Displays: Water's Function in Theaters of the Roman Decapolis

 

The presentations will be immediately followed by a reception in the Great Hall
