Health Motivation Non- invasive interventions

We are offering a non-invasive intervention to increase your coherence in the moment and over time

Coherence is an optimal physiological state shown to prevent and reduce stress, increase resilience, and promote emotional well being. Coherence is measured through Heart Rate Variability (HRV) – a unique window into the quality of communication between the heart and brain which directly impacts how we feel and perform. – Heart Math

Forged in Fire uses the Inner Balance technology to give real time feedback about a consumer’s coherence level during sessions of the Safe and Sound Protocol.

The Safe and Sound Protocol™(SSP) is a portal to the social engagement system in the nervous system and it can have beneficial impacts on how your child interacts with you and the world. Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, the SSP is a five day auditory (listening) intervention designed to reduce stress and sensory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience. By calming the stress response system in the body, the brain is opened to improved communication, emotional regulation, and new learning.

We at Forged in Fire are beginning our case studies for the Safe and Sound Protocol. Below is a graph of the most recent consumer after Rosemarie Mann, RN, CCTP SSP Practitioner administered 4 days of the SSP.
This non-invasive intervention involves listening to music and “trains for brain/body integration through a staged approach, starting with the fundamentals of sensory integration and then extending through more complex cognitive functions, including language, self-expression and social skills.” See more about how it works by clicking The Science of How it Works.

This consumer increased their coherence in the moment and over the course of 4 days. Follow up will occur in 6 weeks.
