Event Publicity
The Communications Office provides promotional assistance to current students, faculty, or staff who are organizing events. The extent to which help can be provided depends on the nature of the event, timing, audience, location, and many other factors.
Digital Resources
Members of the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï community can submit information for an event webpage to display on the College's Events Calendar.
Events can also be announced in the Daily Digest e-newsletter during the academic year.
Events and Daily Digest submissions are made through a single form. Note: Booking a room reservation or other space on campus is done separately . Space needs to be booked before Event/Daily Digest submissions are made.

Print Resources
The Communications Office produces print assets, such as posters for display around campus. Production timelines for print materials depend on the scope and complexity of the project. See the Creative Services website for more information.
